What to Expect
If you wish to raise a concern, you should be aware of the following.
- Your complaint should be made in writing to the Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance (via post or email)
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint as soon as possible—usually within two business days.
- We will attempt to respond within 30 days from receipt of your request
- If you feel your concerns have not been resolved, you may take them to an external dispute resolution service, such as the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
- AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers. There are some time limits for lodging certain complaints, please consult the AFCA website to find out if or when the time limit relevant to your circumstances expires

Cost
There is no charge for lodging a complaint with amicaa.
Please note that any complaint should be submitted through amicaa’s internal complaints handling process in the first instance, to allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the matter before it is escalated to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
